Public Restroom Technology

Scope

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is enhancing the traveler experience with new restroom technology in Terminals 3 and 4.
The project includes the installation of occupancy indicator lights and exterior digital monitors that will display restroom availability and directional information.
The upgrades will be completed in two phases. Construction is scheduled to begin in Terminal 3 in June 2026. Once work is completed in Terminal 3, construction activities will transition to Terminal 4.

Status

Construction activities are anticipated to begin in June 2026.
